Pramipexole Dihydrochloride%antiparkinson drug%synthesis
以对乙酰氨基环己酮为原料,经Hantzsch反应、水解、拆分、缩合、成盐得抗帕金森氏药物盐酸普拉克索,中间体及终产物结构经红外、氢谱确证,并通过HPLC与终产物标准品对照测得其纯度。新的工艺对各步反应进行了优化,总收率约18.3%,光学纯度99.6%。

Pramipexole Dihydrochloride , an antiparkinson drug , was synthesized by N -( 4 -Oxocyclohexyl ) acetamide via Hantzsch reaction, hydrolysis, isolated, condensation, and salification.The structures of the intermediates and final product were measured by IR , 1 HNMR, and the purity was contrast with standard substance via HPLC.By optimizing each step , the total yield of about 18.3%, with an optical purity of 99.6%.
