A water -based paint remover of plane was introduced with dichloromethane as solvent.The best technique of paint remover was verified through single factor experiments and orthogonal test.Performance characterization tests on the efficiency of the paint , corrosive and volatile were through full immersion in weightlessness , paint remover weightlessness tests.Test results showed that the paint remover to take off the lacquer efficiency could reach 95.0%, the corrosion rate was 4.76 ×10 -6 g/( m2 · min) , and the volatilization rate was 7.20 g/( m2 · min).
