综述乙二醇合成工艺研究进展,包括石油路线和煤化工路线的各工艺的介绍,并分析了各工艺的优点和存在的不足,提出新型的合成气制草酸酯,然后加氢制乙二醇的工艺,并对草酸酯加氢制乙二醇的催化剂技术进行了综述,指出其催化剂稳定性存在问题,在今后的研究中如何提高催化剂寿命是研究的重点。
綜述乙二醇閤成工藝研究進展,包括石油路線和煤化工路線的各工藝的介紹,併分析瞭各工藝的優點和存在的不足,提齣新型的閤成氣製草痠酯,然後加氫製乙二醇的工藝,併對草痠酯加氫製乙二醇的催化劑技術進行瞭綜述,指齣其催化劑穩定性存在問題,在今後的研究中如何提高催化劑壽命是研究的重點。

The progress of synthesis of ethylene glycol process was reviewed , including oil the introduction of the process route and route of coal chemical industry and the advantages and shortcomings of each process were analyzed .The new technology was developed , which was generated by synthesis gas catalytic accidentally united into dimethyl oxalate and dimethyl oxalate hydrogenate for ethylene glycol.Technologies of the dimethyl oxalate hydrogenate catalyst for ethylene glycols were summarized.The oxalate hydrogenation of methyl glycol catalyst with the stability problems was pointed out.In future , how to improve the service life of the catalyst was the focus of the study.
