目的：通过临床病例回顾，对自然疗法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效进行分析研究。方法分析从2010年至2013年进行自然疗法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症87例的疗效。结果痊愈：56例65％。显效：20例23％。有效：11例12％。总有效率100％。结论疗程短，疗效好，综合治疗优于单项治疗。

Objective: the efficacy of comprehensive treatment of naturopathic therapies for lumbar disc herniation was studied through review of clinical cases.Methods:87 cases of lumbar disc herniation treated from 2010 to 2013 with comprehensive treatment of naturopathic therapies were analyzed.The result:56 cases (65 %) recovered,20 cases (23 %) markedly improved,and 11 cases (12%) were effective. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion:the comprehensive treatment was superior to individual treatment in treatment course and efficacy.
