目的:探讨钩藤碱在帕金森病(PD)大鼠模型中对纹状体多巴胺(DA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平表达的调节作用。方法首先从中药钩藤中分离提取出钩藤碱。其次采用脑内定位注射6-OHDA制备部分损伤PD大鼠模型,采用正常对照组、模型对照组和钩藤碱组来进行分析。用生化法对大鼠脑中DA、及血清中SOD、MDA 活性进行测定,分析钩藤碱对其活性的影响。结果给药30天后,钩藤碱组DA水平密度明显高于模型对照组(P<0.01)。在SOD水平方面,钩藤碱组显著高于模型组(P<0.05);而MDA含量与正常对照组比较,而钩藤碱组与正常对照组接近,显著低于模型对照组组(P<0.05)。结论钩藤碱对帕金森大鼠脑内SOD、DA、MDA表达的具有调节作用,提示其作为帕金森症的治疗或者预防药物具有一定的开发价值。

목적:탐토구등감재파금삼병(PD)대서모형중대문상체다파알(DA)、초양화물기화매(SOD)、병이철(MDA)수평표체적조절작용。방법수선종중약구등중분리제취출구등감。기차채용뇌내정위주사6-OHDA제비부분손상PD대서모형,채용정상대조조、모형대조조화구등감조래진행분석。용생화법대대서뇌중DA、급혈청중SOD、MDA 활성진행측정,분석구등감대기활성적영향。결과급약30천후,구등감조DA수평밀도명현고우모형대조조(P<0.01)。재SOD수평방면,구등감조현저고우모형조(P<0.05);이MDA함량여정상대조조비교,이구등감조여정상대조조접근,현저저우모형대조조조(P<0.05)。결론구등감대파금삼대서뇌내SOD、DA、MDA표체적구유조절작용,제시기작위파금삼증적치료혹자예방약물구유일정적개발개치。
Objective To study rhynchophyl ine in Parkinson disease (PD) in rats model on Dopamine(DA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) expression level adjustment. Method First to extracte rhynchophyl ine from traditional Chinese medicine uncaria. The second part is to injury PD rat model by Brain positioning injection of 6-OHDA, compare and analyze normal group, model group and rhynchophyl ine group. Determine DA, SOD in serum and MDA activity in rats’ brains by biochemical method, and analyze the impact of rhynchophyl ine on its activity. Results After 30 days drug administration, DA density level of rhynchophyl ine group was significantly higher than that of model group (P<0.01). At the SOD level, rhynchophyl ine group was significantly higher than that in model group (P<0.05). Meanwhile the content of MDA compared with the normal group, rhynchophyl ine group and normal group ware close and significantly lower than that of model group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rhynchophyl ine adjust SOD, DA and MDA in Parkinson rat s’ brains. It shows a value of development in Parkinson's disease treatment or prevention of drug.
