目的:通过本次研究对静注阿奇霉素和红霉素在治疗学龄儿童下呼吸道感染方面的效果和安全性进行探讨。方法:选取在我院接受治疗的114例下呼吸道感染的学龄儿童,借助随机数字表,将所选择的研究对象随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组静脉注射阿奇霉素,对照组静脉注射红霉素。观察两组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组总有效率93.1%比对照组总有效率84.2%高,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.89,P<0.05)。试验组细菌阴转率和清除率分别为94.7%和96.4%,高于对照组的68.4%与75.6%,两组差异显著,具有统计学意义(x2=10.22,P<0.05;x2=9.93,P<0.05)。试验组轻微消化道不良反应发生率为12.3%明显低于比对照组的40.4%,从统计学角度差异有意义(x2=11.58,P<0.05)。结论:治疗学龄儿童的下呼吸道感染时注射阿奇霉素效果显著,安全性高。在临床上有重要使用意义。

Objective:To discuss the effect and safety of intravenous azithromycin and erythromycin in the treatment of children with lower respiratory infection(LRI) through the study.Method:114 school children with LRI in our hospital were selected.114 cases were divided into experimental group and control group randomly with the help of random number table. The experimental group were given intravenous injection of azithromycin while control group were given intravenous injection of erythromycin.Observed therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of two groups.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.1% higher than that in the control group 84.2%,The difference was statistical y significant(x2=4.89, P<0.05).Bacteria negative conversion rate and clearance rates of experimental group were 94.7% and 96.4%,higher than that of the control group(68.4% and 75.6%).The difference was statistical y significant(x2=10.22,P<0.05;x2=9.93,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction of Mild gastrointestinal adverse in experimental group was 12.3%, significantly lower than that of the control group(40.4%),The difference was statistical y significant(x2=11.58,P<0.05)Conclusion:Injection of azithromycin in the treatment of children with LRI with good effect and safety.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
