目的::探讨大鼠脑干出血清除血肿对脑干出血后急性期继发性炎症反应的影响。方法:SD大鼠36只,采用配伍组设计,分为出血对照组组和微创手术组。每组分3个亚组,每亚组6只大鼠。采用尾动脉取自体血脑桥注射法,制成脑干出血模型,抽取静脉血对肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-6进行ELLISA检测,记录神经功能评分,收集数据进行统计学分析,研究手术对致炎因子的影响。结果:脑干出血早期,外周血肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-6逐渐升高,至72h到达最高,手术组与出血组比较,两种因子术后12h无差异,24h和72h差异明显,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论:在脑干出血自然病程中,血肿刺激和继发性炎症反应导致炎症介质增加,而及时清除脑干血肿能明显降低致炎因子水平,对预后有利。

Objective: Explore the influence of the secondary inflammatory response after removal of brain stem hematoma in rats.Method: 36 SD rats,with compatibility group design, divided into hemorrhage control group and minimal y invasive surgery group.3 subgroups in each group and 6 rats in each subgroup. After injecting the body blood from the caudal artery,brain stem hemorrhage model is made.detecting the tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-6 with ELLISA,measuring nerve function score. The data were col ected for statistical analysis,then studying the effect of surgery for inflammatory factors.Result: Early brainstem hemorrhage, the tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-6 in venous blood, 72h to reach the peak,compared with hemorrhage group, two kinds of factor,there was difference in 24 h and 72 h, P<0.05, with statistical significance. no difference in 12h. Conclusion: In the natural course of brain stem hemorrhage, to increased inflammatory mediators increase because the hematoma stimulation and secondary inflammation, and timely removal of brain stem hematoma can obviously reduce the inflammatory factor levels, good for prognosis.
