目的：观察37例冠状动脉旁路移植术( CABG )，总结临床经验，评价其疗效和安全性。方法：选择2012年8月至2014年4月于我院接受冠状动脉旁路移植术患者37例，收集术前，术中，术后相关资料。结果：37例患者搭桥100根，随访1-23个月，35例患者围术期无心绞痛发作，心功能改善，治愈出院。结论：非体外循环冠脉旁路移植术使得患者手术时间缩短、减少术中输血量,是冠心病外科治疗的发展趋势。
목적：관찰37례관상동맥방로이식술( CABG )，총결림상경험，평개기료효화안전성。방법：선택2012년8월지2014년4월우아원접수관상동맥방로이식술환자37례，수집술전，술중，술후상관자료。결과：37례환자탑교100근，수방1-23개월，35례환자위술기무심교통발작，심공능개선，치유출원。결론：비체외순배관맥방로이식술사득환자수술시간축단、감소술중수혈량,시관심병외과치료적발전추세。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety,and to analyze clinical results of 37 consecutive patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting( CABG) procedure, and share our experiences.. Methods: The data were obtained from Fu Yang People's Hospital from August 2012 April 2014,and were col ected regarding the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative of 37 patients who underwent cornary artery bypass grafting surgery. Results:100 bypass of 37 cases of coronary disease were cross-linked, 35 patients were fol owed up 1-23 months no postoperative angina pectoris was observed, heart function improved; these patients successful y discharged. Conclusion: The off-pump CABG of patients can reduce the operation time,to reduce intraoperative blood transfusion,it is tendency of surgical treatment in coronary disease.
