目的：：探讨营养支持治疗对股骨粗隆间骨折维持血透患者的临床护理措施及效果。方法：选取我院收治的82例股骨粗隆间骨折维持血透患者进行临床研究。结果：观察组患者的干体重、血红蛋白、蛋白摄入量、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、肌酐、蛋白分解率等各项指标均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：股骨粗隆间骨折患者，在给予维持血液透析患者营养支持治疗的同时对患者行针对性的营养护理可取得显著疗效，值得临床推广和应用。
목적：：탐토영양지지치료대고골조륭간골절유지혈투환자적림상호리조시급효과。방법：선취아원수치적82례고골조륭간골절유지혈투환자진행림상연구。결과：관찰조환자적간체중、혈홍단백、단백섭입량、혈청백단백、전백단백、기항、단백분해솔등각항지표균명현우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：고골조륭간골절환자，재급여유지혈액투석환자영양지지치료적동시대환자행침대성적영양호리가취득현저료효，치득림상추엄화응용。
Objective: To investigate the nutritional support therapy on the clinical nursing measures and effects of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods: in our hospital treated 82 cases of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in maintenance hemodialysis patients for clinical research. Results: Patients with dry weight, hemoglobin, protein intake, serum albumin, pre albumin, creatinine, protein catabolic rate and other indicators were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture, in maintaining blood dialysis patients with nutritional support therapy on patients in nutrition care can be achieved a significant effect, is worth the clinical promotion and application.
