IETM（交互式电子技术手册）方案规划是IETM制作过程中重要的组成部分，用于搭建IETM手册制作的结构，也是IETM实施的基础。在S1000D标准和IETM的特点的基础上提出了创作平台的选用原则，分析了目前航空发动机技术资料和多媒体数据资料的特点，提出制作交互式电子技术手册应从内容、规范、表达方式等角度进行详细规划，对IETM研发有一定的工程指导意义。

IETM (Interactive Electronic Technical Manual)program planning is a very important part in producing manuals for the structure of the IETM building,is used for establishing the structure of the IETM manuals, is also the basis for the implementation of IETM production . Based on the characteristics of the S1000D and the IETM, this paper proposed the principle of the IETM platform of choice ,analyzed the characteristics of the existing technical information and multimedia data, proposed that creating IETM should detailed plan the criterion ,expression and so on, have certain engineering significance for the IETM researching.
