研究通过文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法，运用了社会学的研究视角，对牡丹江市晨练点老年人参与体育活动进行了相关的分析。分析得出，牡丹江市晨练点兴起的社会条件有三个：一是经济的发展是其兴起的基础条件；二是休闲时间的增多提供了时间保证；三是人们的主观意识是其内在动力。

Through literature, questionnaire survey and other methods, using the sociological research perspective, this paper made relevant analysis on senior citizens' participation in sports activities at morning exercise sites in Mudanjiang City. We hold that there are three social conditions leading to the rise of morn-ing exercise sites in Mudanjiang City: first, economic develop-ment is the basic condition of its rise; second, an increase in leisure time has provided enough time;third, people's subjective consciousness is the inner motivation.
