为满足和解决广西当地对药物制剂应用型人才的需求，体现药物制剂专业的自身特色以及适应和满足社会化、市场化的趋势和要求，在对当地医药企业、医院、研究所等用人单位和市场的调研后，并结合日常的实践教学经验，本文作者提出了“突出技能，以研促教，校企联合”的改革方案，以进一步探索桂林医学院药物专业多样化的人才培养模式。

In order to meet and solve the demand for pharmaceu-tical preparations applied talents in Guangxi, to manifest the pharmaceutical preparations professional characteristics, and to adapt to and meet the trend of socialization, marketization and requirements. After researching employers such as local pharma-ceutical companies, hospitals, research institutes, and so on, as well as the market, this article put forward the reforms of "out-standing skills, promoting teaching with research, university-en-terprise united"combining the practice of daily teaching experi-ence, in order to further explore the diversified professional per-sonnel training mode of the pharmaceutical major in Guilin Med-ical College.
