目的：了解管理与维护对洁净手术室运行质量的影响，探讨科学有效的管理模式。方法使用FSC-Ⅴ型浮游微生物采样器采集手术室空气，37℃培养24h计数。对手术室管理、设备维护保养情况采用问卷调查及现场查看方法进行。结果管理较差的甲医院静态监测浮游菌平均菌落数65/m3，动态监测浮游菌平均菌落数160/m3；管理较好的乙医院静态监测浮游菌平均菌落数27/m3，动态监测浮游菌平均菌落数30/m3。结论要充分发挥洁净设备设施的效能，提高设备的使用效率，创造优质的洁净的手术环境，必须建立一套科学有效的管理与设备维护保养机制是保证洁净手术室运行质量的关键。
