目的：探讨微创清除术治疗中重度高血压脑出血的疗效。方法将我院收治的共60例患有高血压脑出血的病人，用颅内血肿穿刺针进行穿刺手术治疗，对治疗方法、治疗效果等给予综合阐述。结果颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压性脑出血，临床疗效显著。结论颅内血肿微创清除术可明显降低高血压脑出血的死残率，提高了患者的生存质量。

목적：탐토미창청제술치료중중도고혈압뇌출혈적료효。방법장아원수치적공60례환유고혈압뇌출혈적병인，용로내혈종천자침진행천자수술치료，대치료방법、치료효과등급여종합천술。결과로내혈종미창청제술치료고혈압성뇌출혈，림상료효현저。결론로내혈종미창청제술가명현강저고혈압뇌출혈적사잔솔，제고료환자적생존질량。
