目的:优选黄芩颗粒的最佳制剂工艺。方法:按L9(34)进行考察的最佳成型工艺,即浸膏与辅料比,糖粉与可溶性粉比,乙醇浓度三个因素,以成品率及流动性为指标进行综合评价,筛选出最佳成型工艺参数。结果:以浸膏:辅料为1:2,可溶性粉:糖粉为1:2,乙醇浓度为80%为水提浸膏粉颗粒成型最佳条件。结论:本制粒工艺方法简便,稳定可控,可为开发成固体制剂提供了科学理论依据。

목적:우선황금과립적최가제제공예。방법:안L9(34)진행고찰적최가성형공예,즉침고여보료비,당분여가용성분비,을순농도삼개인소,이성품솔급류동성위지표진행종합평개,사선출최가성형공예삼수。결과:이침고:보료위1:2,가용성분:당분위1:2,을순농도위80%위수제침고분과립성형최가조건。결론:본제립공예방법간편,은정가공,가위개발성고체제제제공료과학이론의거。
Objective:To select the optimum preparation technology for granules of Scutelaria baicalensis.Methods:The optimum preparation technology examed by L9(34) refer to the synthetical process that proporation of powder and auxiliary materials,proporation of powdered sugar and dextrin,and adhesive used as detected factors and the mobility as detected indexs,which aim to find the best preparation of parameters.Result:The proportion of soluble starch and auxiliary materials was 1:2,proportion of dextrin and powdered sugar was 1:2,and optimum preparation technology of experiment,which were the best conditions of optimum preparation technology found in this experiment.Conclusion:This preparation technology made in this research was convenient,steady and controlable,which provided solid preparation with scientific basis.
