目的：探讨妊娠高血压综合征患者的综合护理干预效果。方法将本院收治的188例妊娠高血压患者随机分为干预组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理，干预组在此基础上给予综合护理干预，评价护理干预效果。结果：干预组患者焦虑、子痫率、剖宫产率、胎盘早剥率、产后出血率及胎儿Apagar评分均优于对照组。结论对妊娠高血压患者实施综合护理干预能够对控制血压及妊娠结局均有改善。
目的：探討妊娠高血壓綜閤徵患者的綜閤護理榦預效果。方法將本院收治的188例妊娠高血壓患者隨機分為榦預組和對照組，對照組給予常規護理，榦預組在此基礎上給予綜閤護理榦預，評價護理榦預效果。結果：榦預組患者焦慮、子癇率、剖宮產率、胎盤早剝率、產後齣血率及胎兒Apagar評分均優于對照組。結論對妊娠高血壓患者實施綜閤護理榦預能夠對控製血壓及妊娠結跼均有改善。
목적：탐토임신고혈압종합정환자적종합호리간예효과。방법장본원수치적188례임신고혈압환자수궤분위간예조화대조조，대조조급여상규호리，간예조재차기출상급여종합호리간예，평개호리간예효과。결과：간예조환자초필、자간솔、부궁산솔、태반조박솔、산후출혈솔급태인Apagar평분균우우대조조。결론대임신고혈압환자실시종합호리간예능구대공제혈압급임신결국균유개선。
To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with pregnancy induced hypertension, 188 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, the control group was given conventional nursing care, the intervention was given comprehensive nursing intervention, the effects of nursing intervention was evaluated. Anxiety, eclampsia incidence, cesarean section incidence, placental abruption incidence, postpartum hemorrhage incidence, Apagar score were evaluated, difference between two groups was statisticaly significant. Effective nursing intervention to pregnancy induced hypertension is effective to the control of hypertension and improvement of pregance outcome.
