Because of the special structure of power plant boiler header, it is easy to cause delfection overproof after welding during manufacturing. This paper introduces the characteristics of different header correction method, develops an operating method of solving the problem of heat treatment delfection overproof of header after welding, and introduces the advantages of this method.
