数控车床加工圆锥轴承轴承内滚道时需要根据车加工图纸,通过几何关系计算出走刀点坐标尺寸。手工计算费时费力,容易出现错误。CAD方法重复繁琐,效率低下。针对以上问题,将计算公式嵌入Excel电子表格中,通过输入相关数据即可得出计算结果,提高了效率,减少了废品。

During the process of tapered roller bearing inner raceway turning by CNC machine, the coordinates of turning point should be determined by geometry calculation according to processing drawing. Manual calculation is time-consuming effort and error-prone. CAD method is repeated and inefifcient. In view of the above problems, the calculation formula is embedded in Excellform, and the results are obtained by inputting related data, so as to improve the efifciency and reduce scraps.
