圆锥滚子轴承的凸度直接影响到滚子与套圈的接触状况,尤其对于滚子与套圈的边缘应力效应之影响更为密切。作为圆锥滚子轴承设计中的一部分,凸度的计算至关重要,每次计算需要花费大量的重复劳动时间。鉴于此,设计了一套圆锥滚子轴承凸度自动计算程序,提高了设计工作的效率,减少了重复劳动。

The convexity of tapered roller bearing had direct inlfuence to contact condition between roller and ring, especially to edge stress effect between them. The calculation of convexity was very important as one part of designing tapered roller bearing, but it often took lots of repetition labor. In view of the fact, a series of program for automatically calculating the convexity of tapered roller bearing was developed, which improved efifciency of design and reduced repetition labor.
