针对3MZ811全自动内圆磨床原电气控制系统采用F1-60、F1-20程控器及控制单元生产年代久远、部件老化、没有更换的零部件的问题,采用PC-80可编程序控制器及微控单元对原控制系统进行了改造,提高了机床的自动化程度,使电气控制系统简单、安全、可靠,操作和维修更加方便,抗干扰性强,各项性能优于原机床设计要求。
針對3MZ811全自動內圓磨床原電氣控製繫統採用F1-60、F1-20程控器及控製單元生產年代久遠、部件老化、沒有更換的零部件的問題,採用PC-80可編程序控製器及微控單元對原控製繫統進行瞭改造,提高瞭機床的自動化程度,使電氣控製繫統簡單、安全、可靠,操作和維脩更加方便,抗榦擾性彊,各項性能優于原機床設計要求。

Because the electrical control system of 3MZ811 fully automatic internal grinding machine adopted F-60 and F-20 programmable controller and control unit which is old and dififcult to obtain the replacing parts, the former control system is improved by adopting PC-80 programmable controller and micro control unit, so that the degree of automatic is improved, and the electric control system have the features of simple, safety, reliability,easy to operate and repair and strong resistance to interference. All the property is better than the design requirement of former machine.
