After using 6306 gearbox bearing in 546h, the vibration and noise increasing phenomenon occurred. By the fault feature and the physical and chemical analysis, it was found that the shaft and the inner ring matched too loose and using the lubrication system was not in place of the actual, these were the reasons caused the above problems.
