Aiming at the problems of abnormal quantity of oil return and lfow above standards during hydraulic motor worked, the motor was disassembled and inspected, then the cause was found out that inside and outside radial wear of cage had resulted in guide gap increasing between cage and inner ring. The problems mentioned above were solved by analyzing failure and adopting relative improving measures, usage requirements were also met.
