描述了柴油机因高压油泵故障致柴油机“飞车”的现象，从高压油泵的结构组成入手，通过对油泵的进、压、停油及油量调节的工作过程叙述，借助高压油泵试验台分析高压油泵产生“飞车”的原因，查找“飞车”故障症结在于调节齿圈安装不正确，停机中柱塞直槽（泄油槽）与进出油孔位置过转致供油最大，柴油机“飞车”无法停机，后来改变调节齿圈安装位置，将破口向左偏移2齿实现停油停机，最后指出了柴油机安全操作中的注意事项及预防措施。

Describe the phenomenon that 4135 diesel engine runaway caused by high pressure oil pump .We account the process of feed , pressure oil , stop oil and fuel adjustment , analyze the causes of runaway with high pressure pump test bench from the structure and composition of high pressure oil pump , find the reason is that con-trol pinion is installed incorrectly .Diesel engine runaway can't stop because the position of plunger straight flute and the hole turn over leading to the maximum amount of oil in the process of the downtime .Change the position of the control pinion by offset the break to the left for two teeth , diesel engine can stop oil and shutdown.Finally we pointed out the announcements in the diesel engine safety operation and prevention .
