文章探讨体育运动干预在改善南疆高校大学生体质现状中的作用,为探索科学有效、可推广的南疆高校体育健身新途径提供实验依据。研究对象:选取喀什师范学院2013级6个教学班级的240名大学生(男128名,女112名)为研究对象,随机分为3个实验班和3个对照班级。研究方法:实验班进行10周的课内外运动干预,对比干预前后受试者身体形态、身体素质和机能指标的变化;对照班级保持正常体育教学和作息制度。研究结果:10周课内外运动干预后,实验班身体形态指标未见显著变化(P>0.05),身体素质指标和机能指标都有显著或极显著变化(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:在“课内”以常规体育教学内容为主,少数民族传统体育为辅,“课外”以少数民族传统体育为主,常规体育锻炼为辅的的课内外运动干预可以显著改善南疆高校大学生身体素质,并深受广大学生喜爱,适合在南疆高校中推广。

To investigate the role of inside and outside class exercise intervention in improving college students' physique status of southern xinjiang,This research is intended to provide experimental basis to scientific and effec-tive ways of southern xinjiang university sports fitness. The object of study:240 college students ( male 128, female 128) of six classes in kashgar teachers college were randomly divided into three classes and three control class. Methods:Experimental classes undergo10 weeks of class inside and outside exercise intervention, and compare changes in body shape, physical quality, and functional index before and after the intervention; control subjects maintain normal physical education teaching. Results:, the body configuration index of experimental class have no significant change after the 10 weeks class inside and outside intervention ( P>0.05) , body quality indicators and functional indicators have significant or extremely significant changes ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) . Conclusion:Based on the conventional teaching contents in the“class”, traditional minority national sports as supplement,“extracur-ricular” in traditional sports of ethnic minorities can improve the southern Xinjiang University Students' physical qualities, and loved by university students and suitable for promotion in the southern university.
