目的:探讨舒普深在治疗肺部炎症中的临床价值。方法选择肺部炎症患者200例,其中包括急性肺炎50例,肺脓肿40例,肝癌合并肺炎20例,慢性支气管炎合并感染30例,支气管扩张合并感染30例,肺心病合并感染30例。按照舒普深使用说明用药,10 d一个疗程,两个疗程后检测疗效。结果用药前共培养出细菌240株,其中肺炎克雷伯菌最多为52株(21.7%),铜绿假单胞菌次之,为45株(18.8%)。经两个疗程的治疗,177例(88.5%)患者有效,其中痊愈101例,明显好转76例。治疗后,舒普深对所分离菌株的清除率大多在50%以上,对肺炎克雷伯菌的清除率最高达86.5%,但对不动杆菌的清除率较低,为37.5%。结论舒普深治疗肺部炎症效果好,副作用少,耐药率低,主要针对革兰氏阴性杆菌引起的感染有较好的治疗作用。

목적:탐토서보심재치료폐부염증중적림상개치。방법선택폐부염증환자200례,기중포괄급성폐염50례,폐농종40례,간암합병폐염20례,만성지기관염합병감염30례,지기관확장합병감염30례,폐심병합병감염30례。안조서보심사용설명용약,10 d일개료정,량개료정후검측료효。결과용약전공배양출세균240주,기중폐염극뢰백균최다위52주(21.7%),동록가단포균차지,위45주(18.8%)。경량개료정적치료,177례(88.5%)환자유효,기중전유101례,명현호전76례。치료후,서보심대소분리균주적청제솔대다재50%이상,대폐염극뢰백균적청제솔최고체86.5%,단대불동간균적청제솔교저,위37.5%。결론서보심치료폐부염증효과호,부작용소,내약솔저,주요침대혁란씨음성간균인기적감염유교호적치료작용。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of sulperazon in the treatment of lung inflam-mation. Methods 200 cases of patients with pulmonary inflammation, including 50 cases of acute pneumoni-a, 40 cases of lung abscess, 20 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma complicated with pneumonia, 30 cases of chronic bronchitis complicated with infection, 30 cases of bronchiectasis with infection, 30 cases of pulmonary heart disease complicated with infection were collected. According to sulperazon using medication , 10 days for a course of treatment, detection of therapeutic effect after two courses of treatment. Results There were 240 strains bacteria which were cultured. Including Klebsiella pneumoniae 52 strains (21.7%), followed by Pseu-domonas aeruginosa 45 strains (18.8%). After treatment of two courses, there were 177 cases (88.5%) effec-tive, including 101 cases cured and 76 cases improved significantly. After treatment ,the clearance of bacteria were mostly above 50%. The clearance to Pseudomonas aeruginosa was highest which was 86.5%, but had low-er clearance to Acinetobacter which was 37.5%. Conclusion Sulperazon has good effect in the treatment of lung inflammation, which has less side effects, low rate of resistance, mainly for infections caused by Gram-negative bacillus.
