2014年4月13日至16日,第9届IEEE国际纳米/微米工程及分子系统大会(IEEE-NEMS 2014)在美国夏威夷召开,来自世界各地的300多位专家、学者齐聚一堂,分享其在微纳米科技领域的最新研究成果。本文从生物医疗应用、纳米自组装技术、纳米新材料、新型微传感器与执行器等4个角度,详细介绍和阐述本次会议上涌现的微纳米科技领域的研究成果,并对其将在人类生产生活中所起到的重要作用和发展趋势进行分析和展望。

2014 IEEE International conference on nano/micro engineered and molecular systems (IEEE-NEMS 2014) was held in Hawaii, USA during April 13-16, 2014. The conference brought together 300 leading scientists and researchers world-wide to disseminate their most recent and advanced findings in MEMS and Nanotechnology. In this review, the current research in bio-MEMS devices and systems, nano-self-assemby technology, nanotechnology, new microsensor and actuator were introduced. The prospect of micro/nano technology was also analyzed. The success of this conference signifies that the micro/nano technology has been one of the main technologies which effect the development of the world and the human life.
