目的:探讨肺炎患儿检测肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma pneumoniae, MP)抗体和血清总IgE的临床价值。方法收集我院614例住院肺炎患儿及50例非肺炎患儿,进行血清MP抗体和总IgE检测,并以MP抗体结果将肺炎患儿分为阴性组、低滴度组和高滴度组,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果肺炎患儿各组及对照组总IgE阳性率和检测水平差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);肺炎患儿各组总IgE阳性率和检测水平均高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);且肺炎患儿各组总IgE阳性率和检测水平随着MP抗体滴度的增高而增高,各组间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。肺炎患儿MP 抗体滴度与血清总 IgE 阳性率和检测水平均呈高度正相关(R2=0.957,R2=0.918,P 均<0.01)。结论血清MP抗体和总IgE联合检测能为临床MP肺炎诊断和治疗提供相关依据。

목적:탐토폐염환인검측폐염지원체(Mycoplasma pneumoniae, MP)항체화혈청총IgE적림상개치。방법수집아원614례주원폐염환인급50례비폐염환인,진행혈청MP항체화총IgE검측,병이MP항체결과장폐염환인분위음성조、저적도조화고적도조,병대검측결과진행통계학분석。결과폐염환인각조급대조조총IgE양성솔화검측수평차이균유통계학의의(P균<0.01);폐염환인각조총IgE양성솔화검측수평균고우대조조,차차이균유통계학의의(P균<0.01);차폐염환인각조총IgE양성솔화검측수평수착MP항체적도적증고이증고,각조간량량비교,차이균유통계학의의(P균<0.01)。폐염환인MP 항체적도여혈청총 IgE 양성솔화검측수평균정고도정상관(R2=0.957,R2=0.918,P 균<0.01)。결론혈청MP항체화총IgE연합검측능위림상MP폐염진단화치료제공상관의거。
[Abastract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) antibody and serum total IgE detecting in children patients with pneumonia. Methods 614 cases of hospitalized chil-dren patients with pneumonia and 50 cases children patients without pneumonia were collected. The levels of serum MP antibody and total IgE were detected. The patients with pneumonia were divided into negative group , low litter group and high litter group, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results There were statisti-cal significance in the differences of positive rates and levels of total IgE among pneumonia each group and control group (Pall<0.01). The positive rates and levels of total IgE in pneumonia each group were all higher than that of control group,and the differences all had statistical significance(Pall<0.01). The positive rates and levels of total IgE all raised along with the MP antibody litter rising in pneumonia each group , and the differ-ences between each two groups all had statistical significance (Pall<0.01). The positive rates and levels of total IgE all had positive correlation with MP antibody litter (R2=0.957,R2=0.918,Pall<0.01). Conclusion The combined detection of serum MP antibody and total IgE can provide the basis for diagnosis and treatment of MP pneumonia.
