通过对吉林省水文监测及洪水预报综合服务平台应用系统的研发,改善吉林省水文监测预警水平,提高水文信息化及现代化程度;提高信息集中化程度,整合各部门现有分散孤立的信息资源到统一的综合信息平台上,从而提高信息共享程度;同时进一步拓展业务服务范围,针对地下水监测、水环境监测、水资源管理、站网管理等方面开展相关平台应用软件开发,通过信息化建设逐步带动水文相关服务职能的提升,推进吉林省水文信息化及现代化建设。

By developing the hydrological monitoring and flood forecasting integrated service platform application system in Jilin province, it improves the level of hydrology monitoring and early warning, increases the degree of hydrological informatization and modernization, improves the degree of information centralization, integrates information resources scattered at various departments to the unified information platform, so as to improve the degree of information sharing. Further it expands the scope of business services at the same time, carries out relevant platform application software development aiming at the groundwater monitoring, water environment monitoring, water management, and network management. Through the informatization construction promoting hydrological service function step by step, it proceeds with the hydrological informatization and modernization construction of Jilin province.
