该文从活性污泥中分离出三株高效的异养硝化好氧反硝化菌。这些菌经形态特征和生理生化特征分析以及16S rRNA鉴定,命名为B. subtilis CL1、B. subtilis CL9和G. terrae CL6。在以柠檬酸钠为碳源、硫酸铵为氮源、初始氨氮浓度为50 mg/L、碳氮比为20、温度为30℃、pH为7、反应时间为48 h的条件下,B. subtilis CL1和B. subtilis CL9对氨氮的去除率均为99%,对总氮的去除率分别为98%和96%。以乙酸钠为碳源,其他条件与上述两种菌相同的条件下,G. terrae CL6对氨氮和总氮的去除率均达到100%,且在硝化过程中没有亚硝酸盐氮或硝酸盐氮的累积。

3 efficient heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification bacteria were isolated and named as Bacillus subtilis CL1, Bacillus subtilis CL9 and Gordonia terrae CL6 according to their morphological,physiological and biochemical characters,and 16S rRNA identification. When sodium citrate was used as carbon source,ammonium sulfate was used as nitrogen,initial ammonia concentration was 50 mg/L,carbon/ammonia ratio was 20,temperature was 30 ℃,pH was 7 and reaction time was 48 h,removal rates of ammonia and total nitrogen by B. subtilis CL1 were 99% and 98%,respectively,and those of by B. subtilis CL9 were 99%and 96%,respectively. Removal rates of both ammonia and total nitrogen by G. terrae CL6 were 100% on the almost same conditions as above except for using sodium acetate as carbon source and neither nitrate nor nitrite were detected during the nitrification process.
