为了解决我国新能源报废汽车拆解回收行业发展的问题，对我国传统报废汽车拆解行业现状及存在的问题进行分析，立足我国新能源汽车产业发展现状，为我国废旧新能源汽车拆解行业发展提出对策和建议。新能源汽车有别于传统汽车，如动力电池、驱动电机以及整车集成系统，这些都是传统汽车上面不具备的零部件。对于新能源汽车的回收绝不能延续传统汽车的政策和标准，如果我国直接沿用其标准体系势必会影响到新能源汽车拆解与回收产业的健康发展。因此，必须从新能源汽车的实际结构出发，立足我国国情，对于新能源报废汽车企业的确定可沿用新能源汽车推广的方式，确定试点，以点带面，合理铺开新能源汽车的回收，逐步形成一套能够发挥自身优势的报废汽车拆解与回收模式。
