根据化工园区有害气体种类多、危险性大的特点，简要分析了有害气体预警监测的现状及其缺点。通过对现有移动监测技术的特点分析比较，提出将基于红外光谱技术的MCT传感器搭载在机动车上进行实时预警监测。基于车载预警监测系统自动化程度高、技术先进、运移容易、运行安全可靠、维护简单、操作方便等特点，以国家级洋浦经济开发区为例，结合其环境预警监测需要，规划配备车载预警监测系统，为完善园区预警能力提供了一个新的选择。

According to many kinds of harmful gas and its enormous danger in the industrial zone, a brief analysis of the status and shortcomings of pre-warning and monitoring harmful gas was given. After comparing with the existing mobile monitoring technology, an idea about loading the MCT sensor which was based on infrared spectroscopy on vehicle in real-time pre-warning and monitoring program was put forward. Based on vehicle-mounted system of pre-warning and monitoring of high degree of automation, advanced technology, easy transportation, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, convenient operation, etc., taking Yangpu Economic Development Zone as an example, according to the need of environmental monitoring and pre-warning, it is planned to equip with that system, which gives a new choice for improving early warning capability in the zone.
