按照国家标准GB/T 10345-2007《白酒分析方法》,通过气相色谱法测定了清香型白酒中乙酸乙酯含量。依据JJF 1059.1-2012,分析了整个测量过程的不确定度来源,建立了其测定结果不确定度的数学模型,找出了不确定度的影响因素,对不确定度进行了评估,如实反应了测定的置信度和准确性。结果表明,本法对白酒中乙酸乙酯含量测定准确度高,达到ISO/IEC17025对检测实验室的要求,符合中国国家标准。

Based on China Nation Standard (CNS) GB/T 10345-2007 “The analysis method of China spirits”, The content of ethyl acetate in Mild aromatic Chinese spirits have been determinated using gas chromatography. Accord-ing to JJF 1059.1-2012, the source of uncertainty in the whole measurement process has been analyzed, the mathematical model of uncertainty in the determination has been builded, the influence factors of uncertainty has been found, the uncertainty has been evaluated. It accurately reflects the confidence and authenticity of the deter-mination. The results shows that, the determination of ethyl acetate content in Chinese spirits has a higher accura-cy, it up to the requirements of testing laboratory on ISO/IEC 17025 and meets the China national standards.
