将焚烧系统余热锅炉副产的蒸汽用作蒸馏系统的热源,进行废水蒸馏。工艺中不额外加入任何化学药剂,不增加后续处理环节的废物量,通过间歇蒸馏含油废水分离出废水馏分。蒸馏后馏分易于后续在污水处理站生化处理。焚烧系统副产蒸汽经过蒸馏釜之后得以冷凝,再经锅炉供水系统返回余热锅炉再次使用,降低了焚烧系统中空气冷却器的负荷。实现一举两得,有效地利用资源。
將焚燒繫統餘熱鍋爐副產的蒸汽用作蒸餾繫統的熱源,進行廢水蒸餾。工藝中不額外加入任何化學藥劑,不增加後續處理環節的廢物量,通過間歇蒸餾含油廢水分離齣廢水餾分。蒸餾後餾分易于後續在汙水處理站生化處理。焚燒繫統副產蒸汽經過蒸餾釜之後得以冷凝,再經鍋爐供水繫統返迴餘熱鍋爐再次使用,降低瞭焚燒繫統中空氣冷卻器的負荷。實現一舉兩得,有效地利用資源。
장분소계통여열과로부산적증기용작증류계통적열원,진행폐수증류。공예중불액외가입임하화학약제,불증가후속처리배절적폐물량,통과간헐증류함유폐수분리출폐수류분。증류후류분역우후속재오수처리참생화처리。분소계통부산증기경과증류부지후득이냉응,재경과로공수계통반회여열과로재차사용,강저료분소계통중공기냉각기적부하。실현일거량득,유효지이용자원。
This process used the byproduct steam of waste heat boiler in incineration system as the heat source of distillation system, and to conduct the waste water distillation. There was none of additional chemical agent to be added and also not to add the waste quantities in the following treatment steps. The after-distillation distillate could be easily treated by biochemistry method at wastewater treatment station with the easy and simple operation. The byproduct steam of incineration could be condensed after the distillation still, and then pass the boiler water supply system return to the waste heat boiler for reuse, which decreased the load of air cooler in the incineration system. Thus the process could realize the double benefits and use the resources efficiently.
