无锡新城水处理厂二期续建工程设计规模为6×104 m3/d,设备安装规模为3×104 m3/d,主体工艺采用“UCT+MBR”工艺,设计出水水质优于GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准,结合无锡新城水处理厂工程实例介绍了该新型污水处理工艺的流程、设计参数和主要技术特点:占地节省,生化污泥浓度高,工艺自动化程度高。

The design scale is 6 × 104 m3/d and the scale of equipment installation is 3 × 104 m3/d for the extention phase of second project of Wuxi Xincheng Wastewater Treatment Plant. The main treatment process is membrane bioreactor, the effluent quality is better than the first class A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). Combined with the engineering examples the treatment process, design parameters, and main technical characteristics of the new wastewater treatment process were described.
