应用硼氢化钾(KBH4)还原Fe3+来制备的纳米级零价铁，去除溶液中的Pb2+，考察了溶液pH值、纳米零价铁的投加浓度、初始Pb2+质量浓度及反应时间对Pb2+去除效果的影响。实验结果表明：纳米零价铁对溶液中Pb2+具有很好的去除效果，当pH值为5.5、投加质量浓度为0.045 g/L、初始Pb2+质量浓度为40 mg/L、反应时间为60 min时，去除率为99.8%，吸附量为58.89 mg/g。并应用扫描电镜（SEM）和X射线衍射（XRD）对制备的纳米零价铁进行了表征分析。

Nanoscale zero-valent iron (NZVI) was synthesized in aqueous solutions by reduction of Fe3+with KBH4. Removal of Pb2+ by NZVI was investigated to understand the effect of dosages of NZVI, pH value of solution, initial concentrations of Pb2+and contact time. The results showed that:NZVI had very good removal effect on Pb2+. When pH value of solution was 5.5, the dosage of NZVI was 0.045 g/L, the initial concentration of Pb2+was 40 mg/L , the contact time was 60 min, the removal rate and adsorption capacity reached 99.8% and 58.89 mg/g, respectively. The characterization of NZVI were analyzed by SEM and XRD.
