利用29个培养基配方,进行了猴头菌液体摇瓶发酵试验,考察了发酵菌粉的多糖含量和菌粉干重。结果表明:以菌粉多糖含量不低于5%,菌粉干重得率不低于15g/L,优选出23号培养基配方。
利用29箇培養基配方,進行瞭猴頭菌液體搖瓶髮酵試驗,攷察瞭髮酵菌粉的多糖含量和菌粉榦重。結果錶明:以菌粉多糖含量不低于5%,菌粉榦重得率不低于15g/L,優選齣23號培養基配方。
이용29개배양기배방,진행료후두균액체요병발효시험,고찰료발효균분적다당함량화균분간중。결과표명:이균분다당함량불저우5%,균분간중득솔불저우15g/L,우선출23호배양기배방。
The suitable medium for intracellular polysaccharide content and dry cell weight by liquid fermentation cultivation was chosen among 29 cultural mediums. When the levels of intracellular polysaccharide content (more than 5%) and dry cell weight (more than 15g/L) were achieved, only the number 23 was chosen as suitable cul-tivation medium.
