新泉州模式理论提出泉州县域特色经济品牌化既是泉州21世纪以来经济发展的主要特征之一，也是泉州经济总量连续居福建省设地市首位和全国地级市前列的主要原因之一。基于新泉州模式理论，文章着力探究了泉州县域特色经济品牌化的形成机理：企业家精神是泉州县域特色经济品牌化的原动力，产业集群是泉州县域特色经济品牌化的支撑力，地方政府开放执政是泉州县域特色经济品牌化的推动力。

The theory of New Quanzhou mode considers that regional brand based on Quanzhou special country economy is not only the chief feature of Quanzhou economy development in 2 1 century,but also the main reason that Quanzhou keeps its GDP No 1 record in Fujian and ahead position in China. According to the theory of New Quanzhou mode,the paper explores the creating mechanism of regional brand based on Quanzhou special country economy and makes conclusion that the creating mechanism rests on spirit of Quanzhou enterpriser,industry cluster and ideal of local government which successively play the part of original motive power,sustaining power and promoting force.
