基于湖南电网2015年的规划数据,搭建不同特高压建设时序的网架,从静态安全和暂态稳定2方面分析评价各网架方案的合理性,并通过计算不同网架方案下湖南电网逆变站的短路比,分析特高压交流对湖南电网作为直流受端系统强度的作用。分析结果表明:优先建设特高压交流线路有利于湖南电网的安全稳定运行,并能加强湖南电网的强度,为特高压直流入湘提供有力的支撑。

For the security and stability of Hunan power grid after the development of UHV in Hunan, each power grid with different UHV transmission projects construction sequence is constructed according to the planned data of Hunan power grid in 2015 . The rationality of each power grid is evaluated through static security analysis and transient stability analysis. By calculating the short circuit ratios of inverter stations in each power grid, the effect of UHVAC to the strength of Hunan power grid as a DC receiving end is studied. Simulation results show that the priority to UHVAC project construction is good for the safe and stable operation of Hunan power grid. The UHVAC project also can strengthen Hunan power grid and create a better grid structure to support UHVDC project.
