任何思想行动都必然含有特定的价值诉求，不同的价值诉求决定着不同的性质和方向。明确群众路线教育实践活动的价值诉求及科学路径，对贯彻中央精神，开展群众路线教育实践活动具有十分重要的意义。本文仅从全心全意为人民服务是群众路线教育实践活动的价值诉求，坚持党的优良作风、加强制度建设是群众路线教育实践活动的科学路径两个方面进行探索。

Any thought or action will contain the specific value appeal,and the different value appeal determines its different properties and direction.The clear value appeal and scientific path of the mass line education practice activities has a very important significance to conscientiously implement the strategy of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and to develop the mass line education practice activities.This article analyses and discusses in two aspects:one is serving the people wholeheartedly is value appeal of the mass line education practice activities and the other is persisting in the fine style of the Party and strengthening system construction of the Party is the scientific path of the mass line education practice activities.
