【目的】研究剑麻皂素对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变性的影响。【方法】采用皮下注射大剂量肾上腺素加寒冷刺激的方法制备大鼠急性血瘀模型,给予不同剂量的剑麻皂素,观察用药后大鼠的血液流变学指标。【结果】与正常对照组比较,急性血瘀模型大鼠的全血黏度(BV)、血浆黏度(PV)均明显升高(P<0.01);剑麻皂素可以明显降低急性血瘀大鼠的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数(EAI)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞变形指数(DI)、红细胞电泳时间、血沉(ESR)等指数,同时能降低血浆纤维蛋白原(Fib)含量,延长凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)(P <0.01)。【结论】剑麻皂素能够明显改善急性血瘀大鼠血液流变性。

【목적】연구검마조소대급성혈어대서혈액류변성적영향。【방법】채용피하주사대제량신상선소가한랭자격적방법제비대서급성혈어모형,급여불동제량적검마조소,관찰용약후대서적혈액류변학지표。【결과】여정상대조조비교,급성혈어모형대서적전혈점도(BV)、혈장점도(PV)균명현승고(P<0.01);검마조소가이명현강저급성혈어대서적전혈점도、혈장점도、홍세포취집지수(EAI)、홍세포압적(HCT)、홍세포변형지수(DI)、홍세포전영시간、혈침(ESR)등지수,동시능강저혈장섬유단백원(Fib)함량,연장응혈매원시간(PT)、응혈매시간(TT)화활화부분응혈활매시간(APTT)(P <0.01)。【결론】검마조소능구명현개선급성혈어대서혈액류변성。
Objective]The effect of tigogenine on hemorheological abnormality was evaluated in the rats with acute blood stasis.[Methods]The model of acute blood stasis in rats was made by subcutaneously inj ecting amount of epinephrine and ice water simulation,in whic the changes of hemorheologic indexes were observed after giving different doses of tigogenine.[Results]The viscosity of whole blood (BV)and plasma (PV)in the rats of acute blood stasis model were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P<0.01).The tigogenine reduced the vis-cosity of whole blood and plasm,erythrocyte aggregation(EAI),the hematocrit(HCT),de-formed index(DI),electrophoresis time(ET),erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)and so on. Also,the content of fibrinogen(Fib)was increased while prothrombin time(PT),activated par-tiac thrombin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)were shortened.[Conclusion]Tigogenine can improve the hemorheological abnormality in rats with acute blood stasis.
