【目的】分析苦丁茶(Ilex kudincha C.J.Tseng)中熊果酸和齐墩果酸,并对不同部位、不同采收时间、不同产地的苦丁茶进行比较。【方法】采用原位预处理-薄层色谱法。【结果】熊果酸、齐墩果酸能够很好地被分离,可以同时被检识。【结论】苦丁茶中熊果酸含量较高,而齐墩果酸含量较低。

【목적】분석고정다(Ilex kudincha C.J.Tseng)중웅과산화제돈과산,병대불동부위、불동채수시간、불동산지적고정다진행비교。【방법】채용원위예처리-박층색보법。【결과】웅과산、제돈과산능구흔호지피분리,가이동시피검식。【결론】고정다중웅과산함량교고,이제돈과산함량교저。
Objective]Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were analyzed in Ilex kudincha.[Methods]In situ pretreatment-TLC was adopted to determine the content of both ursolic acid and olean-olic acid in Ilex kudincha ,of which different parts,harvesting time and collected places were compared.[Results]The ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Ilex kudincha could be well separated and identified simultaneously.[Conclusion]In Ilex kudincha ,the content of ursolic acid was higher and the content of oleanolic acid was lower.
