【目的】研究白背清风藤Sabia discolor Dunn的化学成分。【方法】采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20、制备液相等多种色谱技术进行化合物的分离纯化，根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。【结果】分离得到8个化合物，分别鉴定它们为白桦脂醇（1），齐墩果酸（2），imberic acid （3），槲皮素（4），芦丁（5），5-氧阿朴菲碱（6），β-谷甾醇（7），β-胡萝卜苷（8）。【结论】所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【目的】研究白揹清風籐Sabia discolor Dunn的化學成分。【方法】採用硅膠柱層析、Sephadex LH-20、製備液相等多種色譜技術進行化閤物的分離純化，根據理化性質和波譜數據鑒定化閤物的結構。【結果】分離得到8箇化閤物，分彆鑒定它們為白樺脂醇（1），齊墩果痠（2），imberic acid （3），槲皮素（4），蘆丁（5），5-氧阿樸菲堿（6），β-穀甾醇（7），β-鬍蘿蔔苷（8）。【結論】所有化閤物均為首次從該植物中分離得到。
【목적】연구백배청풍등Sabia discolor Dunn적화학성분。【방법】채용규효주층석、Sephadex LH-20、제비액상등다충색보기술진행화합물적분리순화，근거이화성질화파보수거감정화합물적결구。【결과】분리득도8개화합물，분별감정타문위백화지순（1），제돈과산（2），imberic acid （3），곡피소（4），호정（5），5-양아박비감（6），β-곡치순（7），β-호라복감（8）。【결론】소유화합물균위수차종해식물중분리득도。
Objective]The chemical constituents of Sabia discolor Dunn were investigated.[Methods]Column chromatography,such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC were used to isolate and purify the compounds.Spectroscopic methods like MS,1 H NMR and 13 C NMR and physical constants were used to elucidate their structures.[Results]Eight com-pounds were isolated from 95%ethanol extracts ofSabiadiscolorDunn ,including betulin (1), oleanolic acid (2),imberic acid (3),quercetin (4),rutin (5),fuseine (6),β-sitosterol (7),β-daucosterol (8).[Conclusion]All of the compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time.
