生命化教学理念有个体生命在场性、尊重生命的独特性、师生生命的生成性、生命发展的丰富性等特征。教学中生命关怀的缺失主要表现在学生参与低效,师生生命“缺场”;教学形式化,忽视个体生命差异;师生伪互动,生命难以生成;教学评价以成绩为终结,无视生命发展需要等方面。践行生命化教学理念需要从以下几方面着手:转变教学观念,树立生命化教学理念;建立良性的互动机制,为生命的唤醒奠基;实施有效教学,关照生命的发展需要;实施多元教学评价,促进生命丰富发展。
生命化教學理唸有箇體生命在場性、尊重生命的獨特性、師生生命的生成性、生命髮展的豐富性等特徵。教學中生命關懷的缺失主要錶現在學生參與低效,師生生命“缺場”;教學形式化,忽視箇體生命差異;師生偽互動,生命難以生成;教學評價以成績為終結,無視生命髮展需要等方麵。踐行生命化教學理唸需要從以下幾方麵著手:轉變教學觀唸,樹立生命化教學理唸;建立良性的互動機製,為生命的喚醒奠基;實施有效教學,關照生命的髮展需要;實施多元教學評價,促進生命豐富髮展。
생명화교학이념유개체생명재장성、존중생명적독특성、사생생명적생성성、생명발전적봉부성등특정。교학중생명관부적결실주요표현재학생삼여저효,사생생명“결장”;교학형식화,홀시개체생명차이;사생위호동,생명난이생성;교학평개이성적위종결,무시생명발전수요등방면。천행생명화교학이념수요종이하궤방면착수:전변교학관념,수립생명화교학이념;건립량성적호동궤제,위생명적환성전기;실시유효교학,관조생명적발전수요;실시다원교학평개,촉진생명봉부발전。
Life-emphasized Teaching emphasizes the presence of individual life ,respect for the uniqueness of life ,generative of teachers and students life ,the adequacy of the development of life and so on .Lack of life care in the classroom is mainly in the inefficient of students participattion;formal teaching ,ignoring individual differences in life;teaching evaluation ends up with results ,ignoring needs of life development .We should make the Life-emphasized Teaching into practice .Change the teaching concept ,establish the Life-emphasized Teaching ;establish positive interaction mechanism to wake life;implement ef-fective teaching ,care the needs of life development ;use multiple teaching evaluation ,and promote the abundance of life .
