目的：探讨尿激酶胸腔内注入辅助治疗结核性胸腔积液的临床效果。方法将90例结核性胸腔积液患者随机分为两组，各45例。对照组给予常规抗结核药物治疗，并采用中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上行胸腔内注入尿激酶治疗。观察两组临床疗效指标、住院时间、并发症发生率及治疗效果。结果观察组胸液消失时间、热退时间、气促缓解时间、住院时间均短于对照组（ P ＜0．01）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（ P ＜0．01）；观察组临床总有效率高于对照组（ P ＜0．05）。结论胸腔内注入尿激酶辅助治疗结核性胸腔积液临床疗效显著。
목적：탐토뇨격매흉강내주입보조치료결핵성흉강적액적림상효과。방법장90례결핵성흉강적액환자수궤분위량조，각45례。대조조급여상규항결핵약물치료，병채용중심정맥도관행흉강폐식인류。관찰조재대조조치료적기출상행흉강내주입뇨격매치료。관찰량조림상료효지표、주원시간、병발증발생솔급치료효과。결과관찰조흉액소실시간、열퇴시간、기촉완해시간、주원시간균단우대조조（ P ＜0．01）；관찰조병발증발생솔저우대조조（ P ＜0．01）；관찰조림상총유효솔고우대조조（ P ＜0．05）。결론흉강내주입뇨격매보조치료결핵성흉강적액림상료효현저。
O bjective To investigate the clinical effect of intrapleural injection of urokinase for patients with encapsulated tu -berculous pleural effusion .Methods Ninety patients were randomly divided into two groups ( n =45,each).The patients in the con-trol group were treated with conventional treatment ,and the central venous catheter closed drainage was used .On the basis of this,the patients in the observation group were treated with urokinase by intrapleural injection .The clinical efficacy indexes ,the incidence and clinical effect were compared .Results The hydrothorax disappearance time ,thermal annealing time ,shortness of breath ,remission time and the hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group ( P <00.1).The inci-dence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ( P <0.01 ) .The clinical total effect rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of intrapleural injection of urokinase for patients with encapsulated tuberculous pleural effusion is significant .
