制备双氯芬酸钾软膏并且应用Franz扩散池法测定其在不同测定温度和接收介质中的体外累积释药率,结果显示在测定温度为37℃、接收介质为磷酸盐缓冲液(p H=7.0)时软膏的累积释药率高达90%以上,透皮速率为2.08μg · cm -2· h-1,可以达到实验设计的目的.
製備雙氯芬痠鉀軟膏併且應用Franz擴散池法測定其在不同測定溫度和接收介質中的體外纍積釋藥率,結果顯示在測定溫度為37℃、接收介質為燐痠鹽緩遲液(p H=7.0)時軟膏的纍積釋藥率高達90%以上,透皮速率為2.08μg · cm -2· h-1,可以達到實驗設計的目的.
제비쌍록분산갑연고병차응용Franz확산지법측정기재불동측정온도화접수개질중적체외루적석약솔,결과현시재측정온도위37℃、접수개질위린산염완충액(p H=7.0)시연고적루적석약솔고체90%이상,투피속솔위2.08μg · cm -2· h-1,가이체도실험설계적목적.
Preparing Diclofenac Potassium ointment and Franz diffusion cells methods were applied to investigate the cumulative drug release rate in vitro of ointment in different testing temperature and release medium ,results have demonstrated that w hen testing temperature was 37 ℃ 、release medium was phosphate buffer solution (pH=7 .0) ,the cumulative drug release rate can reach more than 90% ,in addition ,its penetration rate was 2 .08 μg · cm -2 · h-1 ,This can meet the requirement of experimental deign .
