通过溶液浇铸法制备了聚偏氟乙烯/聚氨酯(PVDF/PU )共混物,并使用偏光显微镜(POM )和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等研究了共混物的相容性,以及聚氨酯含量对聚偏氟乙烯结晶形貌和结晶动力学的影响。研究结果表明:PVDF/PU 为热力学不相容聚合物共混体系。当PU含量较低时(<50%),PU可提高PVDF的结晶速率,且PVDF组分能够形成结构完整的球晶而PU组分形成分散相;当PU含量占优时(>50%),PU抑制PVDF的结晶,且随着PU含量的增加,PVDF结晶速率逐渐降低,PU组分形成连续相。

The poly(vinylindene fluoride) (PVDF)/polyurethane (PU) blend was prepared by the solution cast method .The effect of PU content on the crystallization behavior and crystal morphology of PVDF was studied using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and polari-zing optical microscope (POM ) .It was found that PVDF is immiscible with PU in the amor-phous state .When the PU content is below 50% ,the PU component ,as the nucleating agent , increases the crystallization rate of PVDF .In this case ,PVDF develops well-structured spher-ulites but PU forms the dispersed phase .When the PU content is above 50% ,the crystalliza-tion of PVDF is inhibited by the addition of PU .T he crystallization rate of PVDF decreases with the increase of PU and the PU component forms the continuous phase .
