照明用L ED一般通过蓝光芯片与黄色荧光粉结合的方式实现白光，但该方式普遍存在显色指数不高，缺失红光成分的问题。本文通过研究红色磷光材料R-4B的吸收光谱与激发光谱，分析其特性；通过在黄色YAG ：Ce荧光粉中添加比例分别为0、2％、4％、6％、10％、12％的红色磷光染料R-4B ，制备了相应的白光L ED ，研究了掺杂该红色磷光染料对白光L ED性能的影响。研究发现：R-4B能够被LED管芯辐射的450 nm 的蓝光激发；把它掺杂在YAG ：Ce荧光粉中不仅可以增加白光LED光谱中红光成分，而且使光谱在560～680 nm之间出现光谱展宽效应，从而有效改善了器件的发光性能。

In semiconductor lighting field ,blue chip combining with YAG phosphor is one of the methods to achieve white light .This method caused the common problem which is poor CRI and lacking red component .In this paper ,we analyzing the character of red phosphores-cent materials R-4B by studying its absorption and excitation spectrum ,adding red phospho-rescent materials R-4B by the proportion of 0 ,2% ,4% ,6% ,10% ,12% respectively to YAG phosphor to prepare white LED .We analyze the influence of red phosphorescent on the white LED .The experiment shows that R-4B can be excitated by the blue light of 450 nm from the LED chip .Doping R-4B to YAG phosphor not only increases the red component of the white LED spectrum but also shows out spectra broadening effect between the spectrum of 560 nm and 680 nm ,so as to effectively improve the luminous performance of the device .
