建国60多年来,我国钢铁行业得到了很大的发展。钢材在建筑行业中的应用越来越广泛,不仅大跨度建筑、大多数单层和多层大面积车间与库房都优先采用钢结构,同时钢结构又快速向高层民用建筑和住宅建筑发展。基于行业层面出台一部系统化的理化性能测试规程应用于钢结构的质量控制具有重要意义和实用价值。

For the 60 years since the new China was established, China’s steel industry has been greatly developing. Steel is more and more used in building industry, not only in large-span buildings, but the most single and multi-story workshop as well as warehouse are using steel structure, and at the same time steel structure is tend to be used in tall buildings and residential buildings. So it is if great significance and practical value to develop a systematic test procedure of physical and chemical properties based on industry-level for the control of the steel quality.
