为提高玻纤玻棉及其浆料系统的稳定性能,通过测定其悬浮液体系沉降指数和Zeta电位的方法,系统地研究了玻纤玻棉浓度、玻纤配比、pH值和粘结剂添加量等因素对玻纤玻棉浆料稳定性的影响.结果表明:浆料浓度越小,悬浮液沉降指数越大,分散效果越好;玻纤配比为53%时,浆料沉降指数最大,Zeta电位最负,系统稳定性最好;pH=2.5,粘结剂添加量为7%时,浆料沉降指数最大,Zeta电位处于微负值处,浆料性能最好.
為提高玻纖玻棉及其漿料繫統的穩定性能,通過測定其懸浮液體繫沉降指數和Zeta電位的方法,繫統地研究瞭玻纖玻棉濃度、玻纖配比、pH值和粘結劑添加量等因素對玻纖玻棉漿料穩定性的影響.結果錶明:漿料濃度越小,懸浮液沉降指數越大,分散效果越好;玻纖配比為53%時,漿料沉降指數最大,Zeta電位最負,繫統穩定性最好;pH=2.5,粘結劑添加量為7%時,漿料沉降指數最大,Zeta電位處于微負值處,漿料性能最好.

In order to improve the stability performance of glass fiber and its slurry system , this paper studied on the relation between dispersing performance and the concentration of glass fiber ,the proportion of glass fibers to glass wool ,pH and the addictive amount of binder by measuring its settlement index and Zeta potential .The obtained results are as fol-lows :The smaller the slurry concentration ,the larger the slurry settlement index ,and the better the dispersion;The slurry settlement index is the largest ,Zeta potential is in the most negative and the system stability is also the best w hen the proportion of glass fibers is 53% ;The slurry settlement index is the largest ,Zeta potential is in the micro negative and the slurry performance is the best w hen the optimal addictive amount of binder is 7% and pH=2.5.
