本文以工厂和公共建筑能耗数据采集、监测和分析为背景,设计了一种基于Cortex-A8和Linux系统的能耗数据网关设备。该网关采用内核为Cortex-A8的控制芯片S5PV210作为CPU,并以此搭建了网关硬件平台。本设计使用基于C语言的开发工具Eclipse进行软件开发,主要程序包括串口通信模块、TCP网络模块以及XML数据存储模块。本文所设计的能耗数据网关在厂区和公共建筑内的能耗采集、处理、上传等方面表现突出,为能耗数据统计分析和预测规划打下了良好的基础。另外,通过添加通讯协议该网关在多种能耗数据采集方面取得了很好的效果,具有较广阔的应用前景。

Base on the background of energy consumption data gathering, monitoring and analysis of factories and public buildings, an energy consumption data gateway is designed on the basis of cortex-A8 and Linux system. The CPU used in this design is S5PV210, which is based on the Cortex-A8 framework, and a hardware platform is built around it. The programming of this design uses the development tool called Eclipse and its C language edition, the program modules mainly include serial port communication, TCP network and data storage of XML format. The gateway designed in this paper has achieved outstanding performance in energy consumption data gathering, processing and uploading in factories and public buildings, and a good foundation has been layed through it in statistical analysis, forecast and planning. In addition, by adding communication protocols to the gateway, energy consumption data collection in a variety of kinds has achieved good results and it will have wide prospects in application.
